His daughters love Harry Potter but have always been scared of Dementors. Knowing this, the 50-year-old decided to have some fun with a recently purchased drone and make a spooky Halloween prop.

Using a fishing line, a drone, and an old Halloween decoration, Irvine created the Harry Potter-inspired creature that is said to drain happiness out of people and flies it around the neighborhood.

It turned out spooky as ever and people are going crazy. Irvine's nephew, Zac Crueger, shared a photo of the dementor on Twitter and it's gone viral since with over 290k likes and 160k retweets.

Naturally, people reacted accordingly to the now-viral Halloween trick, with some even worried that it might be a real person hanging from the drone.
