This Guy Hits His Girlfriend, Watch What He Gets In Return!

#1 First, we see a guy, talking to his girlfriend in a parking lot.

Right away, you can tell things are tense.

#2 She seems disappointed, and he seems frustrated.

It's not long before these two got into a full-blown fight.

#3 At first, it seems like things are going to stay calm.

She looks away, while he remains committed to proving his point.

#4 But then, hand gestures start to get tossed around.

The man appears to be getting angrier.

#5 This is when we get our first sign that something physical is about to occur.

The woman looks afraid, and the man looks more pissed off than ever.

#6 At this point, you know their fight isn't headed anywhere good.

One has to wonder why no one has stepped in, but the video continues.

#7 This is where things start to go really sour.

Any normal person would break it up if they saw it, but unfortunately, that's not what's happening here.

#8 The man draws his fist back, prepared to hit his girlfriend.

Clearly, she's terrified of what's about to happen.

#9 She tries to protect herself, but it's too late.

He's going to hit her, and there's nothing she can do about it, but then someone shows up to save the day.

#10 That's right: Who shows up but Spiderman himself?

If you were holding out for a hero in this situation, you got one.

#11 He interferes, saving the day and the girl.

The man takes a step back, clearly intimidated by the masked crusader.

#12 Then, he gets a little taste of his own medicine.

It's not so easy being on the receiving end, is it?

#13 By now, you can probably tell that the video is a stunt.

Thankfully, these are actors and the entire thing was staged.

#14 The concept was a way to raise awareness about domestic violence.

A shocking percentage of people will experience a domestic assault in their lifetimes, and this video was attempting to bring that serious issue to light.

#15 Unfortunately, though, Spiderman can't always be there.

Which is why we need to cultivate our own heroes -- and remember, not all of them wear capes.
