Raw chicken is full of Food poisoning bacteria such as campylobacter jejuni, salmonella, clostridium perfringens and Staphylococcus that can cause people to become seriously ill or even worse. Washing your raw chicken can lead to food poisoning, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, fever, nausea and vomiting with cross contamination resulting in death for 76 people each year.

According to Food Standard Agency, the best way to prevent from all those harmful bacteria in your kitchen is killed off is to cook it as thoroughly as possible. Make sure the chicken is perfectly cooked and steaming hot all the way through before you serve it.
