Is it illegal to practice necrophilia? The truth is that a necrophilic may be hard to prosecute because there are actually no laws against the act. Only a few states in the U.S., though, are open about outlawing necrophilia.
When you think about it, you can't help but simply think what goes on inside the heads of necrophiles. No one really knows.
But what if you found yourself in the same room with the person you've been fantasizing your whole lifeexcept that that person is dead. Would you secretly do something about it? You might cringe at the thought of having sexual imaginings, but some people actually enjoy that feeling.
