Karma can really be a B!TCH! These people pulled out all the stops to get justifiable revenge on their victims, and some of the ways they did it are unbelievable. Sometimes revenge is just ironic.
#1 Revenge Is Always A Dish Best Served Cold
Don't worry about what someone did to you wrongly, there is always karma. Yes, it may take forever to get revenge, but sometimes it's worth the wait and so ironic that it couldn't have turned out any better. These acts of revenge over history prove that karma is truly a real bitch!
#2 Carl Ericsson
He couldn't wait for karma to take the reins any longer. Carl V. Ericsson held his grudge deep inside for over fifty years. After being bullied in a school locker room by thugs who taunted Carl with a jockstrap, he kept the memory alive in his mind in hopes of one day paying back his teen bullies. In 2012, Ericsson tracked down one of the students involved in the bullying, Norm Johnson, who was the most popular kid in school. At the age of 73, he found Johnson's address, knocked on his door and asked if he was the same Norm Johnson then shot him twice in the face before he could answer. Ericsson was sentenced to prison but he finally got his revenge.
#3 Cora Crippen & Hawley Crippen
This is a classic case of revenge from beyond the grave, maybe. When Mrs. Crippen discovered that her husband was having an affair she decided to move away with her money. When she mysteriously disappeared Mr. Crippen sold everything prior to setting sail with his mistress for a new life in the US. A decomposing body was found in the cellar of the Crippen home and Hawley was arrested and executed for Cora's murder in 1910. Nearly a century later, in 2010, forensic examination confirmed that the body was not Cora's but that of a man. Hawley was therefore executed for a crime he did not commit. Cora's body or whereabouts was never discovered.
#4 Lorena Bobbitt
She was abused and subjected to marital rape by her husband when finally in the year 1993 she exacted revenge. One night, Lorena Bobbitt decided that enough was enough after her husband came home drunk and abused her yet again. She fought back and then reached for something she knew would stop the abuse. She sliced off his penis with a kitchen knife. She then drove off and threw it out of her car window. The penis was later retrieved and surgically reattached but Lorena Bobbitt taught him a valuable lesson against domestic violence, one he would remember for life!
#5 Alan Ralsky
This revenge was enacted by a group of people. Ralsky was the spam king as he swamped the mail boxes of people with junk e-mails. When an article about him appeared in a local newspaper along with his physical address, those affected by his spam emails switched the script and signed him up for junk mail from a number of websites, magazines, and subscriptions. The result was Ralsky's home being flooded with hundreds of pounds of junk mail each day! On top of that, he was sentenced to 51 weeks in prison for a related stock manipulation scheme.
#6 Aaron Burr & Alexander Hamilton
Aaron Burr was the third Vice President of the United States with Hamilton and him having had served in the revolutionary war. Alexander Hamilton authored most of the Federalist Papers and served as the first Treasury Secretary of the U.S. He was also a backroom dealer who could make or break a politician. One of those he consistently broke was Aaron Burr, who lost the presidency to Thomas Jefferson because of Hamilton. Hamilton again went on to work against Burr while the latter was running for governor of New York. It was then that the famous duel took place when Burr challenged his bothersome opponent to a gun duel. Hamilton lost and died in July 11, 1804.
#7 Dave Carroll
When a $3,500 Taylor guitar owned by David Carroll of Canadian folk-pop group Sons of Maxwell had been broken due to mishandling by the United Airlines crew there began a fight for reimbursement. He filed a complaint but was given the runaround. This prompted the singer to write and record three songs about how bad United Airlines was, and the public loved it. His United Breaks Guitars" trilogy received millions of hits on TouTube resulting in United's stock drop in value by $180 million.
#8 Pauline Parker & Juliet Hulme
In 1954 Pauline parker and Juliet Hulme became celebrities in New Zealand after the two murdered Parkers mother Honora. The two girls became extremely close friends in the 1950s, maybe a little too close. Honora was angry that her daughter was hanging out with Juliet and refused to let the girls see one another. Humes family was preparing to relocate to South Africa when Honora refused to let Parker go with them, the two girls bludgeoned the woman to death in a public park. The girls were found guilty and part of their sentences were that they were never to see each other again. The murder inspired Peter Jacksons 1994 movie, "Heavenly Creatures".
#9 James Annesley And Richard Annesley
James Annesley's Irish family was loaded with huge amounts of wealth, not to mention a noble title. He also had a greedy uncle who wanted it all. The uncle, Richard, was alleged to have poisoned his brother, Arthur, who was also the father of James. Richard then had James kidnapped and sent to the United States as an indentured servant. James worked off the debt and returned to Ireland to confront his uncle. As a result, Arthur's reputation was destroyed, with the cases filed against him in court decrying him as a schemer and scoundrel, and he was placed in lockup in disgrace.
#10 Pierre Picaud
A 19th-century French shoemaker by the name of Pierre Picaud is believed to be the inspiration for the Alexander Dumas' novel "The Count Of Monte Cristo". Pierre became engaged to a wealthy woman and his three friends became jealous and accused him of being an English spy. He was locked up for seven years but upon his release, he was given a lot of money by another inmate named Father Torri. Once out of prison, over the course of ten years, Picaud killed off all three of the former friends. He extracted the most severe punishment on friend Luopian, who had married his former fiance while he was behind bars. He tricked Loupian's daughter into marrying a criminal, and then had the man arrested. He then set fire to his restaurant before stabbing him to death. All because he was falsely jailed for being a spy.
#11 Dachau Massacre
In late April 1945, the members of the 45th Thunderbird Army Infantry Division were ordered to take the Bavarian concentration camp at Dachau when they witnessed one of the most horrific sights against humanity. There were 39 rail cars filled with the corpses of 2,310 camp inmates. The sight of the death train caused them to take revenge and mow down more than 75 German soldiers by machine gun, even those that were unarmed and had come for surrender. It was revenge in its most blatant state!
