Now the challenge facing the organizers is how to ensure that this action ensures a political change in the country. Minutes after the march ended the organizers had arranged a pep rally in Washington titled "Where do we go from here?". The leaders maybe thinking that the common thread that is, revulsion and contempt against the man who is now President maybe just the power boost they needed.

The march might have been a success but the women's movement yet faces many potential hindrances. Leaders believe that the only way to mobilize the movement is to sweep many disparate groups which risk the diluting of their message. Minority women say that they are concerned whether the new attention to white working class might mean de-emphasizing issues of race for fear of alienating white voters.
