Eldina Jaganjac, 31, always noticed how women have to go through the pain of removing their hair, unlike men. She is a tutor from Copenhagen who started getting frustrated with all these so-called stereotypes that a woman has to look perfect with no hair on their body except the head.

After she stopped removing the hairs between her eyebrows and shaving her upper lip, she felt that nothing changed inside her

So she finally took a very brave decision and stopped using a tweezer to remove the hairs between her eyebrows and shaving her upper lip back in March 2020. She noticed she felt just as feminine with the hair there and that gave her confidence to rock her natural face.

She doesn't care what people think and just want to focus on her goals more than her looks

This woman doesn't care what others think about her and is a true definition of what we call a strong independent lady. But it looks like men on the streets don't find it 'pleasing' and often shout at her saying ‘pluck that’ or stare at her eyebrows like she has a ‘third head.’ Eldina stays positive and thinks of it as a way to ward off people she doesn’t want to be around.

She likes her new look as it filters out all the fake people

She believes that her unibrow and facial hair make her identify the ‘conservative’ suitors who only go for women's looks so it's better she stay away from them.

She doesn't want shaving to be a barrier for her

She explained: ‘Before I let my unibrow grow out, I did feel like there were extremely limited options to how women were supposed to look. If a man doesn’t shave and doesn’t pluck his eyebrows, no one notices or comments and it’s nothing out of the ordinary.’

She further said: ‘Just like many other women, I have learned to police myself. For instance, I used to not feel comfortable going outside unless my eyebrows were the accepted small size, and I wouldn’t go to the gym unless my legs were clean-shaven.’

This one of a kind woman is giving some real-life lessons

Eldina added: ‘Now, I’ve chosen to focus on the tasks and goals that I need to have done and less on how I appear while doing them and whether people like me or not, because I probably won’t ever see them again, and if I do, I still don’t care.’

She admitted it ‘was uncomfortable at first, but if some people have nothing to do other than yell at strangers, then so be it.’
