Walthall not only sexually abused her dying boyfriend while recording but also waited for 45 minutes before calling emergency services for help. According to prosecutor Sandra Park, delaying and not calling for medical aid was inexcusable on the woman's behalf and now she has been given 16 years jail term for her horrendous crime.
A disturbing incident has left the internet speechless after the news of a Virginia woman sexually abusing her boyfriend as he died made it to the media.
The woman recorded herself laughing and sexually abusing the man as he died from the drug overdose.

Megan Anne Walthall, 32, was ordered to serve the sentence Friday in Stafford County Circuit Court, the Roanoke Times reported.
The court has given her 16 years of prison time for her horrendous crime.
As reported by the prosecutors, Walthall called 911 on July 15, 2019, to report that her boyfriend Brandon Dye was unresponsive.

The media house reports that Dye was then shifted to the hospital where he died shortly after from a heroin overdose.
Prosecutors allege that the footage was recorded by the woman as her boyfriend was dying from the overdose.
According to the media outlet, Walhall's prosecutor alleged that she was making the video to show her boyfriend later in an attempt to make him quit drugs.

As per Roanoke Times, Walthall could be heard laughing in the video as she continued to sexually abuse her dying boyfriend and waited at least 45 minutes before contacting the emergency services.
“It was done stupidly and wrongly, but there was no malice,” attorney Price Koch said.

However, prosecutor Sandra Park rejected that claim, saying the delay in calling for help was inexcusable.
Walthall has also previously pleaded guilty to abusing an incapacitated adult, sexual battery including two counts of possessing illegal drugs.
In the second drug charge, she allegedly gave a man drugs that caused him to overdose at a motel in Stafford according to the officials.
