Woman Shamed Over Her Outfit Choice As She Was Shopping In a Supermarket On a Hot Day
#1 This woman was shopping at a supermarket where she was shamed over her outfit
A woman named Lauren O'Connor was shopping at a supermarket in the UK when one of the staff members came to her and told her about her shorts being too short.
The woman was outraged and disappointed by this behavior, it isn't the first time a woman was shamed for her outfit.
#2 It's been really hot in the UK these days. The temperature has exceeded to 34C which is the highest since the 1960s
Lauren was left shamed, the staff member told her that a male shopper had made a complaint to him regarding the length of her shorts.
I’m so angry right now. Just been approached by a @sainsburys staff member in Staines store to ‘pull my t shirt down’. An elderly man made comment to staff member who felt compelled to come over and tell me as I was shopping. It’s 32 degrees. If I want to wear shorts I will.

Lauren told The Sun that the staff member told her; "I think you need to pull your T-shirt down, as a gentleman doesn't know if you're wearing anything underneath."
#3 Lauren was outraged and baffled by all this

For reference, this is my outfit. All I wanted was ice lollies. N I get shamed in store doing so. So disappointed. When are we going to stop telling women how to dress? Especially when topless men frequent supermarkets, which I highly doubt are told to change. pic.twitter.com/1sZcztSop0
