WTF! Crazy Aunt Is Suing Her 12 Year Old Nephew For Breaking Her Wrist

#1 A Manhattan human resource manager is suing her nephew after an accident involving the two in 2011.

Why can't they just hug it out over ice-cream?

Aunt Jennifer Connell claimed her excited nephew caused her to fall and break her wrist as he excitedly greeted her at his 8th birthday party.

#2 She is seeking $127,000 in damages caused due to the broken wrist.

She didn't react during his birthday party because of the festive activities and didn't want to spoil it for Sean.

#3 Jennifer testified in court.

'He was riding his first two-wheeled bicycle a bright red one. When Connell arrived, he dropped it. "I remember him shouting, ‘Auntie Jen, I love you!' and there he was flying at me," Connell reportedly testified.'

Sean's mother died in 2014.

Connell described her nephew as being very loving and sensitive to her.

But why sue now?

According to Connell, she had been having a very hard time with her wrist due to the injury. She reportedly said, "I was at a party recently, and it was difficult to hold my hors d'oeuvre plate."
