#2 Add dry ice to water, and dense white fog occurs, which makes for a rather spooky visual effect.

#3 Wearing gloves to protect his hands, he crushes blocks of dry ice bought from the grocery store in a cooler.

#4 Then he pours it into his swimming pool

to show off the eerie white fog produced when the dry ice hits the water and sublimates, or turns from a solid to a gas.
