There is always a limit to joking around especially if you are doing it on-camera. Well, this youtube prankster learned it hard way. Jimmy Swingler, 22, one half of TGFbro, and a group of friends mixed several bags of polyfill and poured it around their friend's head before securing it with a plastic bag inside the microwave.

Well, the idea was to use the microwave as a mould. But oh boy did the plan go horribly wrong.

The Youtuber was stuck in the appliance for quite a while, his friends trying to free him before the emergency services reached them an hour and a half later. Thankfully, they put an air tube inside the appliance so he could breathe.

The group filmed the whole stunt and before becoming part of it, Jay himself acknowledged that what they are going to do is extremely dangerous and he may die. The incident was also covered on Twitter in detail along with the pictures and tweets from everyone involved included.

The fire service's official account also tweeted on their official account, expressing their disappointment, "We’re seriously unimpressed 😡. Five of our firefighters were tied up for an hour this afternoon, freeing a YouTube prankster whose head had been "cemented" inside a microwave oven."

Officer in charge of the West Midlands Fire Service, Commander Shaun Dakin in a statement said, "As funny as this sounds, this young man could quite easily have suffocated or have been seriously injured. Taking the microwave apart was tricky because a lot of it was welded. We video-called our technical rescue colleagues for advice and eventually managed to get him unstuck."

He added,"He was very relieved when we removed a large chunk of the Polyfilla with a screwdriver, allowing him to breathe more easily. ‘But we had to be extremely careful with the screwdriver, working so closely to his head. It took us nearly an hour to free him. All of the group involved were very apologetic, but this was clearly a call-out which might have prevented us from helping someone else in genuine, accidental need."

After being freed from this mini jail, Jay took to Twitter to talk about his experience and explained how he was "traumatized" by this whole prank gone wrong. But that clearly didn't stop him from uploading the video on YouTube.

After the incident of YouTuber Pedro Ruiz getting fatally shot by his girlfriend in a stunt few months back, these kids must have learned their lesson then and should avoid such pranks which threaten their safety as it is not only dangerous for them but also the viewers, as they might try to follow them. Our advice to everyone who watches the stunt, please be sensible and do not under any circumstances try to do it at home.
