#1 Face ache: Bizarre dance trend is all the rage in China
Forget the Ice Bucket Challenge and Planking because there's a new viral craze taking social media by storm - prepare to be amazed by FACE DANCING.
It involves people painting figures on their faces then scrunching, frowning and gurning to get their crudely drawn images to jiggle and gyrate to music.
A competition to find the best Face Dancer was announced on video sharing app Mei Pai and footage has been posted on YouTube by the People's Daily in China.
On the topic page on Mei Pai's website, the organiser wrote: "Pick a favourite song of yours, and tag your video under the #human face dance competition#.
"Let's all take the video, perhaps you will become a hit!"
#2 Bizarre: Groups and individuals are taking part in the viral craze
Most videos are between 10 and 20 seconds long and some of the most popular have as many as 70,000 likes.
The activity is carried out with varying degrees of success depending on the quality of the artwork and the natural rhythm of the person's facial muscles.
#3 Odd: Furry-armed angel attracts hundreds of views
Several women manage to pull off a convincing shoulder, arm and chest shake by innovative use of the eyebrows and forehead.
#4 Barmy: Hideous cartoon does splits on the bridge of girl's nose
One of the men in a 'boy band' however, makes his face dancer unconvincingly well-endowed by inappropriately decorating his nose.
