A 23-year-old Springfield babysitter had one responsibility: to care for the 8-year-old boy he was supposed to babysit.

Instead, he molested the boy and now will spend just 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to child molestation.

Police say Joseph Presley admitted to molesting the 8-year-old boy on two different occasions and is now being held in jail

But he won't be there for long, after the judge gave him just a 30-day ‘shock' sentence, and then he'll be on probation for five years. The judge claimed that "Prison would be too hard on him he's just a boy."

When the public got news of the sentence, fury erupted around the country. "That's simply not enough." One woman states. And she's not alonea majority of people believe his sentence was FAR too light considering the severity of his crimes, and it's hard to argue.
