We were all rooting for these celebrities who had amazing careers to also have fairy-tale perfect end to their careers.But their love for drugs got the better of them. Seeing their career fall apart was just sad and heartbreaking.

1. Michael Jackson

The King of Pop was addicted to prescription drugs. In 2009, he developed an addiction to an anaesthetic drug called Propofol which was the cause of his death. Just a couple of days before his scheduled tour, he took a lethal dose of the powerful drug and he was found dead at his home.

2. Lindsay Lohan

The Parent Trap star has been battling her alcohol and drug abuse problem for years now. She had many violent episodes that got her into problems with the law. She's been sent to rehab many times, but Lindsay just doesn't seem to have much self-control. However, she seems to be doing okay recently and we hope she stays on the path of recovery!
