Christopher Marlowe, a OKDHS Permanency Planning worker who is working on Jordan's case, said of the applications: "I'm in the process of reading through those profiles to select a family to try to move forward with."

"To have a family, and family, family. Those are the only wishes I have," the 9-year-old said.

"The reason it's important is so I could have some people to talk to any time I need to," Jordan added. "I hope one of y'all pick me."

As per Fox 4, Jordan has received adoption appeal from all over Oklahoma, the place where he resides. In the July interview, Jordan said: "I would just like to have a family to call mom and dad, or just mom, or just dad. I don't really care."

Marlowe also revealed, that previously applications went through for Jordan's adoption but their applications fell through during the disclosure process.

"Even for a child that's been through custody, he's been through a whole lot compared to most of our kids. I'm really excited about this and very hopeful this is going to be the breakthrough we needed to find this kid home." Marlowe told Fox 4.

We really hope and pray that Jordan gets the most loving family out there!
