#1 Hannah Combs
Teenager Hannah Combs was outside of school with her friends, when suddenly a bully came up from behind and poured super glue on her hair! Hannah had just begun the school year as a freshman - so this was her WORST NIGHTMARE!
#2 It Burned!
"It instantly started burning," Hannah said. "It felt like my head was on fire. It was horrible." She suffered first degree burns and described the feeling as a "sun burn times 10."
#3 1st Degree
Her father Christopher Grimmer was understandably furious with the lack of discipline the bully received. And although Hannah was taken to the nurse's office, she was diagnosed with first degree burns later at the hospital. The pain lasted for days!
#4 Cut It Off
So Hannah decided to cut her hair off. "I realized I lost my favorite thing about me. I loved my hair," Hannah said. "My hair was the only thing I liked about myself, honestly. I lost it for no reason."
#5 Justice For Hannah
Her mother Jessica started a Facebook page for her daughter "Justice For Hannah," and the support came pouring in. "It makes me want to help other people," Hannah said. "There are people who couldn't stand up for themselves but they talk to me about it. It makes me want to help. It's amazing how many people are supporting me. I want to make a difference. I would like people to stand up for themselves. No one deserves to be bullied it's not fair for anyone. I'm just a normal kid with strong beliefs. When it comes to bullying, I stand up for people a lot because of it but it's worth it."
