We have all heard stories about a body being found in a home, however this story will really push you off your rocker.

In Sydney, Australia, the body of Natalie Jean Wood who collapsed inside her home in 2003, was found in her bathroom.

Wood's body was left there for eight years, and nobody had ever noticed.

The terrace where Wood lived is a hot real estate location called Surry Hills, and despite the absolutely awful condition it was left in, the home was expected to sell at an upwards of $700,000.

Wood was last seen in 2003 at a chemist, and died with no will or allocation of her assets, so the home was to be put up for an auction.

Over 120 people gathered at the terrace a few nights ago to see to the sale of the place, and the outcome was surely something to talk about.

The home is in desperate need of repair, as many of the rooms are torn and dirty. The home is in such bad condition that it is considered "uninhabitable".

The home ended up selling for $1,105,000 which is much higher than anybody could have imagined.

The house is located in Surry Hills, where the average selling price is $1,500,000.

The property is considered to be an entry into the real estate market for young people who may not have enough to afford a normally priced home. All it needs is a little love!
