A ‘Glowing’ Blanket Of Fog Just Descended On Dubai
#1
Dubai is a jewel in an otherwise desolate landscape. Perched next to the Arabian Gulf, this is one of the wealthiest showiest cities in the world. Standing at 830 metres high, Dubai's Burj Khalifa is the tallest architectural structure on Earth. Meanwhile on the ground, you can shop to your heart's content at some of the world's most luxurious stores.
Dubai is far more used to a desert climate but what with being next to the sea, its weather can be varied. The city was recently covered in a blanket of fog and consequently, photographer Zohaib Anjum recently took these amazing photographs from the 94th floor of the Princess Tower.

"Seeing the city engulfed in all the fog was surreal and such a serene setting."
#3
"It looked like the fog was running around the towers."
#4
"It was cool to see how the traffic and street lights illuminated patches"
#5
"So you could see where the roads were laid out."
Considering how rare this kind of weather is in Dubai, it'll be a while before we see this again
Photographers are such proactive people. This one took it upon himself to travel to the arctic and throw hot tea into the air. The result is stunning.
