She was in tears while telling her story, but it only left her feeling more motivated to finish the video as she felt the sad situation was worth making public.

"I don't usually do this kind of thing, but I feel that it's very important. I'm a 27-year-old woman, and I get bullied very regularly."

She began her video detailing her weight loss journey, the struggles, and her accomplishments.

"I've been eating mostly Paleo since June of last year. I've lost like 60 pounds since starting and 120 pounds overall. It's really hard sometimes, you know. Giving up sweets, giving up all this kinda stuff that you just love to eat but it's so bad for you. I have a long way to go in my weight loss journey but I've been encouraged by losing over 40 pounds just this year..."

While sitting outside on the patio, a group of men stopped their car on a busy road just to scream, "Eat that ice cream you fat B*****!"

While this incident would normally crush someone, it only empowered her to tell the story and get her message out to the world.

What if they had said this to someone who was already in a bad place? "You know nothing about my life or my circumstances. What if I had been in such a place that you saying that to me made me go home and kill myself?" she said. "I'm not in that place, but I could have been," Shauna added.
