Walker, 40 at the time was at a break from his shooting of "Fast and Furious 7." He and his friend Roger Rodas both died when the Porsche that Rodas was driving spun out of control. Walker is survived by his only daughter Meadow Walker, who is 19-years old now. Following her father's death, Meadow established a foundation to honor her father and to continue his passion for oceans.
According to the website, the Foundation aims to help "Ocean leaders of tomorrow become beacons in the fight to protect our oceans, wildlife, and ourselves." The Foundation also gives grants and scholarships to future leaders and marine researchers.

The Network Entertainment's latest documentary is based on Walker's life, while it has also covered other iconic celebrities including Muhammad Ali, Heath Ledger, John F. Kennedy Jr. and Bruce Lee. "I Am Paul Walker" will be directed by Adrian Buitenhuis, who also directed "I Am Heath Ledger."
Reportedly the next release from "I Am" series will be "I Am MLK Jr." that will be aired on April 2 on Paramount Networks.
