Ethan Couch, AKA the "Affluenza Kid" and his mother Tonya, have been detained by Mexican authorities. They were caught near a popular Mexican Pacific beach resort town of Puerto Vallarta. Ethan fled the country earlier this month after violating his probation.

Ethan Couch received 10 years probation for drunk driving and killing 4 people. This was a case that happened 2 years ago. He went missing earlier this month after violating his probation. This was from a video of him allegedly consuming alcohol at a party. A warrant was issued for his arrest in Tarrant County, Texas after his probation officer couldn't get in touch with him.

Couch became a wanted criminal. Soon after news spread of his disappearance, Tonya Couch became a missing persons case; rumored to be helping Ethan with his escape.

The two were detained by Mexican Police and are going to be overturned to American officials very soon. Justice has finally been made for the 4 families of the deceased victims. I guess you can say the Couch's legacy is on a Decline.
