Alexander Skarsgård As Tarzan Has Women Going Crazy

#3 Or even older than that, athlete Johnny Weismuller was the movie Tarzan with Maureen O'Sullivan as Jane.

#4 But now the first images of the new 2016 live-action film from Warner Brothers, The Legend of Tarzan, have been released and they have both women and men excited.. But for different reasons.

The guys are excited to see a new live action Tarzan in 3D. The ladies are excited because the star is hottie Alexander Skarsgård... In 3D!

#5 The big question everyone is asking based on the first images and trailer is "Where is the loin cloth??" Seriously.

#6 Seen here from the side with Margot Robbie as Jane, we think you'll agree that this Tarzan is going to have women giving a beastly "Aahhh Uhh Aahhh" yell.

#7 The Legend of Tarzan will be out in July, 2016, but it's already creating a huge buzz, as it will appeal to both genders.

#8 With Alexander as the main character, and Margot Robbie as Jane, the film also stars Samuel L. Jackson, and a host of wild beasts.

Skarsgård told USA Today how the classic plot will be tweaked for the 2016 version: "It's almost the opposite of the classic tale, where it's about taming the beast. This is about a man who's holding back and slowly as you peel off the layers, he reverts back to a more animalistic state and lets that side of his personality out."
