The mystery behind poop found on Johnny Depp's bed finally gets resolved as the actor's security guard testifies to the court that it was indeed Amber Heard responsible for the incident as he heard her calling it "a horrible practical joke." Meanwhile, Johnny Depp also testified to the incident last week when describing to the court his reaction to seeing the picture of poop on his bed: "My initial response to that was, I laughed. It was so outside, it was so bizarre and so grotesque that I could only laugh."
Amber Heard Admits Pooping On Depp's Side Of Bed, Security Guard Testified
Starling Jenkins, a member of Depp's security team, recently testified in the court and told the jurors that Amber Heard took responsibility for the poop in her shared bed with Johnny Depp as she said the poop was "a horrible practical joke."
Jenkins testified about the poop incident in the defamation trial on Thursday.
Depp filed a defamation lawsuit against Heard to prove himself innocent of Heard's 2018 op-ed for the Washington Post in which she claimed to be a victim of domestic violence, alleging that Depp beat her on multiple occasions while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Jenkins shared with the court the time surrounding Heard's 30th birthday dinner, on April 21, 2016. Apparently, Depp was late to the party in the couple's shared Los Angeles penthouse apartment.
To this, the actor testified earlier in court that at that time he was having a detailed discussion with his business manager regarding his disastrous state of finances.
After the dinner, Depp alleged, Heard, berated and hit him.
Depp then left Heard in the apartment and went to his house in Hollywood Hills.
The next morning, after Heard left on a scheduled trip to Coachella, a housekeeper found fecal matter on Depp's side of the couple's shared bed.
"My initial response to that was, I laughed," Depp testified earlier, describing the reaction to seeing a photo of the feces. "It was so outside, it was so bizarre and so grotesque that I could only laugh."
Jenkins told the court that he was accompanying Heard, her sister, and a friend of hers to the music festival and he fetched Heard's luggage and two dogs.
He later had "a conversation pertaining to the surprise she left in the boss's bed," Jenkins testified, which he referred to as "the defecation."
Heard described it as "a horrible practical joke gone wrong," Jenkins said.
Depp earlier also told the court that he had no contact with Heard for more than a month after his mother passed away.
Heard blamed the poop on her two dogs, an explanation Depp found bizarre since they were teacup Yorkies that he said weighed about 4 pounds each.
"I lived with those dogs. I picked up their funk. It was not the dogs," Depp said.
