It seems like after the trial Johnny Depp has moved on with his life while his ex-wife Amber Heard continues to drag it on and talk about the trial with the media

Last week, the Aquaman star spoke with Savannah Guthrie on Dateline NBC and indicated she sticks by her testimony in court.

She also pointed out that she doesn't blame the jury for the verdict they reached.

How did the interview go for Heard?

Figures released by Nielsen show that the interview received a rating of 0.3 in the key demographic of viewers aged 18-49, and just 2.3 million viewers overall.

The channel actually hoped that this much-anticipated interview will help them raise Dateline's ratings past its usual figures.

Drop in ratings

TVLine states that the ratings for the show not only failed to go up but it was Dateline's second smallest audience since November.

Backlash on social media

These disappointing ratings come even after the network advertised the show all week, along with several previews.

Fans let their feelings known on social media after the interview was complete, with many calling it vindictive and a total failure.
