Amouranth Has Been Banned From Twitch

Twitch streamer Amouranth, whose real name is Kaitlyn Siragusa, has been temporarily banned from the platform and her fans are left wondering why.

Amouranth has been on Twitch since 2016 and has amassed a massive following of over six million people.

She is known for her entertaining streams and engaging content, which have helped her become one of the most successful Twitch stars on the platform.

However, on May 4, 2023, her fans were met with a message on her channel that read:

"This channel is temporarily unavailable due to a violation of Twitch's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service."

This ban is the first one for the streamer since 2021, and there has been no further information provided by Twitch as to why she was banned.

Amouranth's recent social media activity consists of a Twitter post from May 4, the day of the ban, saying "hey?" which makes no reference to the ban.

Her absence on Twitch has left her fans wondering what has happened and eagerly waiting for her return.

Despite the recent ban, Amouranth's popularity on the platform cannot be ignored.

In fact, she was named the most watched female streamer on Twitch in 2021 and 2022.

This level of popularity has allowed her to earn a considerable amount of money, as she revealed in an interview that she makes $100,000 a month from her Twitch streams alone.

However, this figure pales in comparison to the amount she earns from OnlyFans, where she makes around $1.5 million a month.

Then again, people make some pretty weird requests of her on that site so it's always good to have a range of ventures.

However, being a popular streamer on Twitch can have its downsides. 

Some of Amouranth's fans have suggested that a possible reason for her ban may be a recent clash with fellow Twitch streamer Adriana Chechik.

According to indy100, Chechik criticized Amouranth on a stream on April 27, 2023, stating that she had "no respect" for other female streamers.

Amouranth responded in the comments of Chechik's YouTube channel by saying she'd "challenge her in the ring."

While it's not confirmed if this is the reason behind Amouranth's ban, it is worth noting that Twitch's policy forbids threats or attempts of causing physical harm, whether it happens on their site or elsewhere.

It is possible that this is a potential explanation for the ban.

Amouranth's temporary ban on Twitch has left her fans puzzled, and there is no official word from the platform as to why it happened.

While her absence from the platform is temporary, her fans eagerly await her return and hope that the issue can be resolved soon.
