Anne Hathaway Absolutely Destroyed James Corden In An Epic Rap Battle

#2 The Late Late Show host stepped up to face the actress using wit and rhymes for ammunition - but it didn't go to plan

Anna Hathaway and James Corden clashed in an epic Rap Battle on the Late Late Show this week - and neither of them held back.

#3 The Alice Through the Looking Glass actress delivered some brutal put downs

...as she and the late night host went back and forth with some scathing rhymes.

#4 The claws were out as the pair laid into each other with some vicious insults...

#5 ...and James got in an early shot as he said:

"I'm gonna try my best and air it out like tank tops, and like her movie Get Smart, her rhymes are gonna flop."

#6 After his first verse in which he also claimed his foe was the Meek Mill to his Drake it was time for Anne to step up to the mic.

#7 She fired back,

"A Catwoman woman diss? Gosh, what do I do? I can't make fun of you James, 'cause no one's heard of you."

#8 "Now that I finally have a chance to speak, I saw your rhymes are like your ratings, damn, they're incredibly weak."

#9 From Anne's poor showing hosting the Oscars with James Franco, to Corden's weight no jibe was too far.

#10 She added:

"Google James Corden it says 'hopefully dead.' I'm like your wife: I watch Seth Meyers instead."
