New guidance in the Gender Inclusive Handbook has been given by the Gender Institute at Australian National University to be practiced. It was actually designed for any member in teaching which is proposed to praise gender minority students and females. ANU hopes to introduce gender-inclusive education. Another Hospital in the UK recommended their staff to use terms like 'Birthing Parent'

The Gender Inclusive Handbook
The Gender Institute at Australian National University (ANU) in Canberra has provided new guidance in the Gender-Inclusive Handbook to their staff to substitute the following terms:
“mother" as “gestational parent”
“father” as “nongestational parent”
"father" as “non-birthing parent”
"breastfeeding" as “chestfeeding”
"mother's milk" as “human or parent milk”
Elevate Female and Gender Minority Students
The new handbook, which was published last year, is designated for “any ANU member involved” in teaching. It proposes recommendations to “elevate female and gender minority students”.
Encouraging For Revolution
The guidebook understands that changes will take time to be modified and supports staff to correct any mistakes: 'Language habits take practice to overcome, and students respect the efforts you make to be inclusive.'
A representative for ANU states that the document is not an official but proposed guidance.
Decides to Stamp Out Mainstream Transphobia
Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust explained they believe to stamp out “mainstream transphobia”.
They have also encouraged staff to say “woman or person” rather than just “woman”, and the term “father” with “father or parent”, “co-parent” or “second biological parent”.
“Our approach has been carefully considered to be inclusive of trans and non-binary birthing people without excluding the language of women or motherhood.”
Transgender Campaigns
Campaign association TransActual tweeted: “This is fantastic, well done. Let’s hope many more trusts follow the series. Everybody deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.”
Dr. Hayton defines herself as a transgender campaigner worried about the “rights of other vulnerable groups”.
“We should be living in society, not imposing upon it.”
