We all have rubber bands lying around the home. Generally, they end up in piles just gathering dust. Well not anymore! We have collated some examples of awesome new uses for the humble rubber band. Whether you fancy a French manicure or you're looking for a way to mark peoples drinks for parties, there will be plenty of cool hacks to try out.
#2 Keep Clothes on Hangers
It’s pretty frustrating to open your closet only to find your beautiful dress lying in a crumpled pile on the floor. Stop your clothes from sliding off their hangers by wrapping rubber bands around both ends of the hanger.
#3 Jar Opener
Just wrap a relatively thick rubber band around a jar lid for grip to make it easier to open.
#4 Pack Snugly
Need some extra packing space in your luggage? Roll up your clothes and wrap 2 elastic bands around them.

#6 Prevent a sliced apple from browning
