Internet is in lauding Billie Eilish after she stopped her concert midway to help a fan in need.

The 20-year old singer has won the hearts of her fans all over again as she stopped her show at Atlanta's State Farm Arena in Georgia when she spotted someone in the audience who needed medical attention, TMZ reports.

In a video of the moment posted to Instagram by a concert-goer, Eilish can be heard calling for someone to get an inhaler.

Eilish not only directed her staff to help the fan but also threw a subtle shade at rapper Travis Scott, whose failure to stop his disastrous Astroworld concert last November resulted in ten audience members tragically losing their lives.

Eilish immediately stopped the show as she noticed one of her fans in the audience struggling and used her vantage point on stage to guide medical staff to them.

"Do we have an inhaler?" she asked the crowd, adding; "We got one."

The Grammy-award winner then goes on to ask other people in the audience to stand back and give space.

"Guys give her some time. Don't crowd," she said, before reassuring the audience: "Guys relax it's okay, it's okay."

She then appeared to allude to Scott's behavior at Astroworld on November 5, telling the crowd: "I wait for people to be OK before I keep going."

Her words led to huge cheers from the crowd.

When the fan appeared okay, Eilish made double sure they were fine before resuming the concert.

"Do you need to come out or are you okay? Are you sure?" she asked, before blowing them a kiss and saying "I love you."

The moment has gone viral on social media, where many fans are singing Eilish's praises.

"She cares so much its insane," one wrote.

Many have taken this opportunity to compare her behavior to Scott's, who many hold responsible for the tragic events at Astroworld.

"Hey @trvsXX you seeing how she stopped the show to give assistance to the audience?" one tweeted, tagging Scott.

Ten people - including a 9-year-old child - were killed at Astroworld when a crowd surge early on in Scott's set saw thousands crushed against the main stage.

After the tragic event, the concert was designated as a mass casualty event by emergency responders before Scott had even stopped performing. Despite getting pleas from the fans to stop the concert, Scott continued and even brought Drake on to finish his set.

After the incident, Scott has been dropped from several high-profile events, including Coachella, where he was replaced by Eilish on the festival's line-up.
