Boy Gets Stuck In Claw Machine At Carowinds Amusement Park

Just before 2 pm on Sunday, April 16th, a 13-year-old boy unexpectedly climbed into a Cosmic XL Bonus Game machine at Carowinds amusement park.

According to park officials in Charlotte, North Carolina, the boy's curious adventure ended in a precarious situation, leaving many wondering how he managed to squeeze into the machine.

Carowinds, the 407-acre amusement park that straddles the border between North Carolina and South Carolina, has entertained visitors since it opened its doors in 1973.

According to WSOC-TV, the boy had reportedly entered the machine in an attempt to steal items, but his plan backfired when he got stuck.

Fortunately, the park’s medical response team was quick to respond and managed to rescue the teenager within 15 minutes.

Following his rescue from the machine, the 13-year-old boy was given first aid and evaluated by medical staff.

He was then released to his guardian, with park officials emphasizing their commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all guests and associates.
