Britney Spears Accuses Son Jayden Of Being Hateful, Claims He Is After Her Money

Britney Spears is not happy with her sons behavior and has now hit out at them.

In a recent joint interview with their dad, Kevin Federline, the pop star's kids explained why they didn't attend her wedding to Sam Asghari earlier this year.

Preston, 16, and Jayden, 15, claim that their mom's mental condition continues to put pressure on their relationship.

They also showed their support to their grandfather Jamie  Spears who has received negative attention by singer's fans ever since her controversial conservatorship came to an end in 2021.

"I love you a lot, I hope for the best for you. Maybe one day we can sit down like this and talk again," Jayden said in the interview published by MailOnline.

However, Britney is not happy with her son and took to Instagram to call back, calling them "hateful" and accusing them of wanting her money in a lengthy audio clip that has since been deleted.

"I can totally understand why my family would have a problem with me doing my own thing, maybe because I never have," she began. "I’m sure it is a little bit different and a touch lighter, me not being responsible for three 18-wheeler trucks with tour equipment and thousands of people to be responsible for on tour."

Spears then went on to criticize her son for wishing her well, claiming he was only trying to "undermine" her, saying: "Jayden, as you undermine my behavior just like my family always has, with 'Hope she gets better, I will pray for her'. Pray for what? I keep working so I can pay off mom’s legal fees and her house?"

She continued to be upset with her kids, accusing them of wanting only her money, "Do you guys want me to get better so I can continue to give your dad $40,000 a month? Or is the reason behind you guys deciding to be hateful because it’s actually over in two years and you don’t get anything?"

Spears got divorced from Kevin back in 2019 and after that, 70% custody of the kids was given to Kevin.

Spears was clearly hurt by this decision and stated that nothing had ever been good enough for Jayden and Preston - and that when she had asked to see them more, they had responded by abandoning her.

"If I didn’t shower you guys with gifts and have amazing food ready, and play a mother***ing saint, it was still never good enough," she said, adding: "That one time I asked you, looking straight in your eyes, 'I wanna see you more', you called your dad, I never saw you again."

Britney concluded by claiming that the boys were "just like [her] other family" and that they "secretly loved looking at me as something was wrong with me."
