Female body hair has always been a debatable issue over the past years. Women no longer rock a full bush around their bikinis like they did back in the 70s. Nowadays, it is almost expected that all women be clean-shaven everywhere. It doesn't seem to matter that it means that we have to spend hours grooming with razors and wax strips just to live up to society's standards. And, no matter if you are a supermodel or the lady driving the school bus, women who are not clean-shaven are criticized relentlessly.

Even if you are as stunning as Gigi Hadid, people will still encourage you to shave. While most partners understand that shaving all of the time is just plain unreasonable, every time a female celebrity goes unshaven, social media goes crazy over her choice.

This former Disney star is always making headlines with her outrageous behavior over the years. With that being said, it was no huge surprise when the singer decided to not live by gender norms. She has no fear when it comes to showing off her not-so-perfect body in order to let others know that it is okay if your body does not meet society's standards of beauty. She makes an excellent point. It is important to take your partner's opinion into consideration. Most reasonable men will not expect their partner to be clean shaven all of the time.
