After being seen on camera kicking a 15-year-old girl, a police officer received a written warning. Cop Filmed 'Fly Kicking' 15yo Girl, As Another Cop Struggles To Arrest Her Friend
A Police officer who kicked a 15-year-old girl in the fly has received a written warning instead of punishment.
While fellow officers attempted to restrain two more, the anonymous officer kicked her waist and caused her to fall to the ground.
Following the incident in Norwich last September, Norfolk Constabulary has revealed that he has received a final written warning for misconduct.
Two females were restrained by the officers, who were seen on camera reacting violently as one of them attempted to hold the other down.
One screaming woman was being fought with by an officer before she was knocked to the ground.
However, she took hold of the officer's handcuffs and started screaming again, her companion attempted to intervene, telling the police to "get off her."
Later, more cops arrived in a police van, and one of them charged the woman who was still standing.
The second cop then attempted to hold her before she was launched into some scaffolding.
An onlooker told the officer “You might break her neck if you keep doing that” before commenting “You f***ed now”.
The incident had been reported by the force to the Independent Office of Police Conduct, but Norfolk Police took it back for internal assessment.
The officer allegedly kicked the teen without first asking any questions, according to Dexter Hanna, a 41-year-old who recorded the incident.
A Norfolk Police spokesman said: "Following an investigation, conducted by our Professional Standards Department, the officer in question received a final written warning for misconduct."
