A woman has been granted a divorce because her husband has a 5 cm penis and could not satisfy her sexual needs..
Court Allows Divorce Based On Husband's Shortcomings
#1 Size Does Matter
At least it does to one Taiwanese woman who filed for divorce from her husband for irreconcilable differences, aka he had a small penis. The similarly named couple, Zhang and Zhou, met five years ago through friends and were married for only ten days before Zhang noticed the little problem.
#2 He Was Too Small To Satisfy His Wife
A Taiwanese High Court has granted divorce to the 52-year-old woman after she claimed that her husband's five-centimeter penis was too small to satisfy her needs.
The woman, a civil servant, filed for a divorce because her 55-year-old husband didn't just have a small penis, but was also impotent. The circumstances meant that the husband, who is also a civil servant named Zhou, failed to "fulfill his responsibility as a husband."
#3 She Was Shocked On Her Wedding Night
The couple never had premarital sex as Zhou insisted that he was unable to do so because of his religious beliefs. Zhang said she only found out about her husband's problems on their wedding night. "He's also impotent and unable to fulfill his responsibility as a husband. We quarreled the whole night and I asked him to seek treatment."
The couple separated the day after their marriage, but they spent 10-odd nights together to see if the husband's condition had improved. Unfortunately, it hadn't.
#4 His Penis Was The Size Of A Kids
"His penis is so small, like a kid's, only 5cm long. We've never had sex in our entire marriage," said the woman. "He's also impotent and unable to fulfill his responsibility as a husband. We quarreled the whole night and I asked him to seek treatment."
By responsibilities as a husband, Zhang refers to the promise Zhou made to her that he would have sex with her at least three times a week, and she preferred to have sex at night.
#5 It Don't Mean A Thing If You Don't Have That Schwing
Both Zhang and Zhou's families are distraught over the divorce, believing that it is an unwanted mark against both of their family names. Zhou's parents had even sent him to seek medical treatment for the impotence, but Zhou has stopped treatments since his wife was granted the divorce.
He declined the claims that he was impotent, blaming the timing as to why he couldn't perform. "I prefer to have sex in the morning but she wanted it around midnight, by then I would be very tired," he said.
The estranged wife said, "It wouldn't mean anything for him to get help for the performance if his thing is not big enough to satisfy a woman." Sadly, the judge agreed.
