#1 According to Walter C. Lance, a guy from El Paso, Texas, who was one of the first people to send pictures to secureteam10, the UFO was seen at around 1PM while he was on a lunch break.
He stated that it was a bit windy outside and he noticed the sky was turning black and clouds were forming quickly. It's then that he said he noticed a strange cube shape in the sky that swirled and circled and formed a 'portal shape'.
#2 Other witnesses say that there was a "faint, magnetic oscillating sound" which resembled that of a helicopter or small aircraft.
Another witness took a pictures of the sighting about a mile away from Walter's location. A mile away from Walter's location, another photo was taken. This time, it was by an unnamed witness who said she saw the "square shaped figure moving through the clouds." At first she thought it was just a big balloon, but then she "realized the enormity of its size with designs around it" as well as a "faint, magnetic oscillation-type humming" which resembled the shape of an aircraft. Other witness views showed the cube to be more rectangular than square.
