2020 has proven to be a rocky year for all of us. It was not gentle, it claimed the lives of many and caused people to lose their means of earning, with many people spiraling into depression because of strict lockdown measures. Given the circumstances, none of this situation could be helped. This pandemic has surely changed our perspective towards live. However, even during these testing times, there are people out there who think not abiding by the Covid rules makes them cool. These are the people who would go to any length to prove why they don't need to wear masks in public places and would go to an extent to cite laws protecting their decision of not wearing a mask.
Frustrated and fed up with having to deal with anti-maskers almost every day, this Denny's employee decided to quit on the spot.
Done trying to reason with two men who had a list of reasons why they cannot wear a mask, this woman decided to quit.
The incident happened at Illinois Denny's where two men entered the shop and were looking for seats to sit and the woman points out that they need to sport masks here.
Their response to the request?
A number of reasons why they cannot really wear a mask including a legal exemption, making a point that no matter what happens they won't wear a mask.
Adamant with their outrageous attitude of not complying with the rules and not wearing the mask, one of the guys goes as far as citing the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and cited their religion.
This was the breaking point for the woman as she immediately storms inside the room to gather her things claiming loudly that how she cannot deal with this kind of people.
She straight-up tells the men that she has no energy left to deal with ant-maskers anymore and was ready to storm out, it was at this point the manager intervened and cooled her down. He laid the rules straight out for the men and told them they cannot entertain them if they cannot comply with these simple rules.

The incident happened back in September, and it is not clear whether the woman really quitted from her job or not. On part of Denny, it has made it clear that they will abide by the rules in any condition no matter how many exemptions their customers present to them.
