#1 Minor burns.

If you burn yourself while cooking then just make sure you let cold water run over the area, then rub a bit of mustard on the skin to prevent blistering and avoid pain.

If you have regular muscle pain or cramps then a taking a warm mustard bath is the way to go. Add 2 teaspoons of mustard and Epsom bath salt to your bath water.

#3 For a sore throat.

Gargle the mixture of a table spoon of mustard seeds with the juice of half of a lemon, a tablespoon of salt, and a tablespoon of honey. Boil the mixture in 300ml of water and then let it cool. Do it 2 to 3 times a day.

#4 Hair conditioner.

It is also great for the hair. Apply the oil overnight and let the oil soak in for 8 hours or so and rinse it in the morning

Add mustard powder along with hot water into the bottle and shake it well and rinse the bottle with water until it is free from that unpleasant odour.
