Donald Trump is proving there is nothing he won't do.

In his latest attempt to smother opposing candidate Hilary Clinton's campaign message, Trump has released a presidential advert on Instagram titled, ‘Is Hillary really protecting women?'. Basically, it's a 15-second horror film starring Bill Clinton as a rapist.

The video layers audio clips of women tearfully accusing Bill Clinton of sexual assault over a black and white photograph of the former president smoking a cigar. The clip ends with the voices of the victims being drowned out by Hillary Clinton's maniacal laughter. It's ridiculous.

The misogynistic real estate mogul is reviving some of the ugliest political periods of the 90's by attacking Hilary's husband, and has said in recent interviews Clinton-related controversies will be at the center of his case against Hillary Clinton.

He told the Washington Post:

They said things about me which were very nasty. And I don't want to play that game at all. I don't want to play it at all. But they said things about me that were very nasty. And, you know, as long as they do that, you know, I will play at whatever level I have to play at. I think I've proven that.

And prove it, he did.

But the video is probably unlikely to significantly threaten the Democratic front-runner's standing with female voters. Not only has this news been out in the open for nearly a decade, it's difficult to forget Trump's original views on the women in his latest advert.

According to the Washington Post, Trump told Fox News during the height of the scandals in 1998:

The whole group, it's truly an unattractive cast of charactersThe whole group Paula Jones, Lewinsky it's just a really unattractive group.

And I'm not just talking about physical, but I am also talking about physical. I don't necessarily agree with his victims. His victims are terrible. He is really a victim himself.

Looks like his latest attempt to smother the opposition may have just backfired into a hypocritical mess.
