Donald Trump’s Voicemails Hacked By Anonymous, Embarrassing Messages Leaked Online
#1 We’re not sure if Donald Trump is actually capable of embarrassment at this point but, if he is,
we expect he's feeling pretty awkward this morning after these voicemail messages leaked online.
#2 The infamous hacktivist group Anonymous allegedly hacked Trump’s voicemail and the subsequent messages released by the group online
...appear to reveal the U.S. Republican presidential candidate's cosy relationship with members of the liberal media.
#3 The 2012 messages appear to show leading figures in the U.S.
..media showering Trump with praise, compliments, and thanking him for his financial support, reports the Independent.
#4 News and gossip site Gawker published three minutes of the voicemails believed to be obtained by members of the 4chan message board.
#5 Anonymous reportedly believe the recordings will show that Trump is not the version of himself which he presents to the masses and that,
...while he may demonise the liberal media in public, behind-the-scenes he actually maintains friendly personal relationships with them.
#6 Gawker wrote that, although they cannot ‘independently verify their authenticity’, the recordings ‘certainly appear to be genuine.’
The audio clips appear to feature MSNBC news anchors Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski and Tamron Hall.
#7 MSNBC is one of America’s top left leaning TV networks,
and all three hosts have been tasked with grilling Trump on numerous occasions during his current campaign.
#8 The Anonymous recordings paint a very different picture of the anchors’
Relationship with Trump after the cameras are turned off, as Scarborough and Brzezinski can be heard thanking Trump profusely for his donation to a charity event.
#9 Brzezinski can be heard thanking Trump, before Scarborough says:
We are so, so grateful for everything, Donald, and we just want to call you and tell you how much it means to us.
#10 In February, behind-the-scenes audio leaked from an MSNBC interview leaked,
..in which Trump can be heard instructing the news anchors to ‘make us all look good', and asks for ‘nothing too hard' in regards to questions about his immigration policy.
