According to reports, the couple gave birth to a son and daughter last week in Miami. The twins have been named Nichols and Lucy. Pop star Enrique Iglesias and Tennis star girlfriend Anna Kournikova have surprised the fans by welcoming twins. The surprising fact here is, that no one knew about their pregnancy except for close friends and family.
According, to a source the twins, were born on 16 December, Saturday in Miami and their names are Nicholas and Lucy.

The couple have been together since 2001 and although there have been many rumours about their marriage, nothing has been confirmed yet. Kournikova have often been seen sporting a ring on her finger, giving a hint about her relationship with Iglesias. Though the couple have never confirmed about their marriage.
In an interview in 2012, Iglesias, when asked about marriage plans, said, "I’ve never really thought marriage would make a difference. Maybe it’s because I come from divorced parents, but I don’t think you love somebody more because of a piece of paper."

The couple's privacy was safe by the fact that Anna stayed away from the eyes of media for over a year. The couple though been together for 16 years, but they have always kept their relationship super private and away from the eyes of media.
Earlier this year Iglesias revealed that his girlfriend is yet to meet his own father, adding that his father and Anna are rarely in the country at the same time.

The couple first met when Kournikova starred in Iglesia's music video for "Escape" in 2001. Their onset chemistry was undeniable and they soon started dating. They made their official debut on the red carpet of the MTV music awards 2012.
In an interview in 2011, Kournikova discussing her future plans said, "I absolutely want to have children, whether I have my own or adopt. I love taking care of people." She further said, "Marriage isn’t important to me. I’m in a happy relationship that’s all that matters. I believe in commitment. I believe in being open and trusting each other and respecting each other completely."
