One of the worst etiquette mistakes. This would have never been a rule in ancient times simply because there were no phones, but the advent of the mobile has led to some real disasters in etiquette where people take up a call without second thought. How many times have you been irritated when watching a movie and the guy besides you insists on speaking into his cell? If it isn't important, don't receive a call.
