Ever Wonder Why There’s A Hole Next To Your iPhone Camera? THIS Is What It Does.
#1
You've probably seen that tiny hole between the camera and LED flash. Does it work as a microphone? Or, is it a light sensor that helps you take photos?
#2
People from all over the globe have their own theories. One of them says that the tiny hole is a master reset button.
#3
Funny enough, Apple actually shows what the hole is. It's a microphone, but not just any microphone.
Three microphones? Kind of sounds like overkill, right? Wrong. The microphone on the back helps to receive the audio more accurately from another angle while blocking out unnecessary noise
#4 Basically, Apple wants you, and whoever you're calling, to have the ultimate experience.
We know the bottom mic is used for when we're talking on the phone, the back for noise cancellation, but what about the top one (in the speaker?!).
The top front and top back microphones aren't just for noise cancellation, they clear up audio when you're taking videos, using Snapchat, and Siri.
