This phenomena is more predominant in males and is not very common in females. Though there are chances that it may happen to them to, but quite rarely.

2 Many people have experienced it but yet don’t know the science behind it.

#3 It may be because the body temperature drops down soon.

Bladder is the core organ of the body from where people release urine. This can be a possibility that the temperature of your core drops down immediately, which is why you shiver.

#4 You have allowed the warm urine to be released and that resulted in dropping of temperature.

The temporary shivering is the response of the body to the lowering of body temperature.

#5 It feels like a knee jerk reaction.

It is an impulsive reaction which can't be controlled, just like we involuntarily close our eyes when we sneeze. This reaction is regulated by the autonomous nervous system in our body.

When you remove your underwear to pee, your expose your body parts which can make you feel cold.

#7 It can result due to the exposure of your warm body to cool air.

This results in precipitation which gives you a chill.
