Excruciating Moment Doctor Struggles To Pull LIVE FISH Out Of Man's Throat

A man winces and groans in excruciating pain as a doctor tries desperately to remove a live fish from his throat in this horrifying procedure captured on video.

In the stomach-churning two-minute clip, the doctor, wearing gloves, can be seen seen frantically trying to prise the animal from the man's mouth using forceps.

It is not known for certain how the fish got there.

However, the two most plausible explanations are that either the man simply got hungry and decided to eat the creature alive - or it was a joke gone wrong.

When the fish, a climbing perch, is finally pulled out by the doctor its barbs are clearly visible to the camera and it is still breathing.
