I have seen videos of people grabbing ice cream cones and throwing back waters in workers faces but never a live gator Only in Florida.

His parents even knew the phrase "IT WAS JUST A PRANK!" he is a good kid.

He was arrested recently by U.S. Marshals.

James pulled up to the drive-thru window for his order, got a drink from the employee, and then he threw the gator into the restaurant.

Joshua James, 23, of Jupiter is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, illegally killing, possessing or capturing an alligator, and second-degree larceny petit theft.

Again, I can't get over the fact that the parents of suspect say it "was just a prank".

"He's a prankster," his mom Linda James told WPTV. "He does stuff like this because he thinks it's funny." So the man wasn't actually angry at all, he just likes lobbing reptiles at shop workers.

He's now being charged with aggravated assault, something his mom can't comprehend.
