#1 Lower Back Pain Needs a Pillow
The pillow straightens out the lower back. It feels wonderful.

Basically, you want to get as close to floating under water as you can. Our spines still carry traits from when we were fish. Sleeping on your back is a good way to give the back a similar feeling of gentle support.

Arms behind the head increases pressure on the jaw. Take it easy. Just lay down flat.

This position puts the head in a twisted position that can be really bad. Try it out for a few minutes. If you feel better you might have needed your neck to twist into a straight line.
