Graphic Video Shows Stomach-Churning Moment Fractured Nose Is Realigned

This is the stomach churning moment a man has his fractured nose clicked back into place by a surgeon - who uses a pair of metal pliers.

In the clip, a man lies in surgery under anaesthetic with a green gown pulled up around his face.

His nose is visibly out of line, and has a small cut on one side.

A surgeon then takes a pair of pliers and grabs hold of the man's nostril.

He then begins pushing to bone back into place until an audible click can be heard. The medical professional then repeats the procedure on the man's other nostril.

Finally, the surgeon using his fingers to wriggle the nose back into its original position.

It is not clear how the man was injured, or where the footage was recorded.
