The former inmate underwent the knife on Friday, April 5.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard has recently opened up about her experience after undergoing plastic surgery.
The individual, who was previously incarcerated, was set free from prison in December 2023, having completed eight years out of a ten-year sentence.
Her imprisonment began in July 2016, which was a consequence of her involvement in the demise of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, the previous year.
Following the tragic incident involving her mom, Blanchard has been quoted in interviews stating that taking her mom's life felt like 'the only way out'.
Throughout Blanchard's younger years, Dee Dee deceitfully convinced others that her daughter was battling terminal illnesses.
Fast forward to her release towards the end of last year, Blanchard is making significant alterations to her life.
She recently ended her marriage with Ryan Anderson after two years and has since moved in with her father and stepmother in Louisiana.
Additionally, Blanchard expressed her intentions to get a nose job - a surgery she underwent on Friday, April 5.
In an update regarding her post-operative condition, Blanchard communicated with PEOPLE on Saturday, April 6, saying:
"I come in and out of sleep. I was in pain at first but I am on pain medicine."
She added: "I can't breathe through my nose because of the packing, but that comes off on the 10th. I want to see it so bad!"
While Blanchard is in the process of recovering from her surgery, her now estranged husband is trying to come to terms with their sudden split, which he describes as 'coming out of the blue'.
Anderson has voiced suspicions that Blanchard, aged 32, might be reconnecting with an ex-boyfriend named Ken Urker.
There have been sightings of the two holding hands in Louisiana, where Blanchard currently resides, although they have not confirmed their relationship status.
Addressing the rumors about Blanchard reigniting a romance with her ex, Anderson conveyed to MailOnline: "I'm not doing well with it."
"For me, it just came out of the blue. I had no idea she still had such strong feelings for him."
The 37-year-old firmly stated that he would be keeping their puppy, Pixie, whom they had adopted together in January.
"I haven't spoken to her, so I just don't know what's going on," Anderson further stated.
"I'm at a loss. I'm really not doing well at all."
Blanchard has yet to delve into the specifics regarding their separation.
In her announcement, she merely mentioned that she and Anderson were 'going through a separation'.
"I am learning to listen to my heart," she elaborated.
"Right now, I need time to let myself find… who I am."
