Meet Officer Justin Gower, a regular guy who also happens to be a cop.

Officer Gower isn’t making it viral for anything he did wrong though, but rather, for the things he’s done right.

Gower had pulled over a man with a taillight out and an expired registration, but when he walked up to the window he saw three young children in the backseat without car seats. He realized he’d actually heard of this man before, as he’d been pulled over for the same thing twice before, one of those times by Officer Cale Hawkins.

Gower decided to then give Hawkins a call to see if there was a better way than a third ticket that the man would still struggle to pay with no money. As a better idea came along, Hawkins made a run to the store while Gower remained behind with the father and his children.

When Hawkins finally made it back, he brought with him three pink car seats for the children. Apparently, the entire on-duty shift at the time decided to pool together the money for the seats, rather than just burden him further. They really went above and beyond as police officers, and help to stand out against the waves of corruption we’ve seen lately.
